Simply pay $25 per person
to join which covers your membership till your automatic draft starts.
Contract is for minimum of 4 or 12 months. Drafts continue indefinitely until
1 month written notice for cancellation is provided.
Draft can be from
Bank Account (provide voided check at time of sign up) or from
credit card.
Credit card drafts
require an extra $2/month processing fee.
If adding tanning
to your membership, a $20 tanning
activation fee is required which covers your tanning membership
until for your automatic draft starts.
