Classes
Max Muscle
- A 45 minute full body resistance training class that uses a variety of
equipment. The routine is always varied to ensure youre challenged week to
week.
Power Pump
- A 45 minute full body strength and endurance workout that that targets all the
major muscle groups, consisting of 4 minutes segments for each major muscle
group. This is a resistance training class centered around barbell exercises.
Express Strength -
In a hurry? No problem! This
class is a fast-paced, 25 minute resistance training workout that targets all
the major muscle groups.
Ab Core
- A 25 minute class that targets the lower back and all the abdominal muscles.

Combination of Resistance/Strength and Cardiovascular Training
TBW
(Total Body Workout)
Cardio drills and strength training are combined in this 55 minute class.
It is fast-paced and challenging, but can easily be modified to suit any fitness
level.
Cardiovascular (aerobic) Training Classes
Step This
45 minute cardiovascular workout uses an adjustable platform (step) and
choreographed moves to get that heart rate up for some serious fitness fun!
Advanced Step
Just like regular step, but in this class we are taking the intensity and
choreography up a notch!
Cardio Drill
A 45 minute intense
class that jumps from one cardio drill to another. This class is as hard as you
want to make it! But, it can also be easily modified to suit any fitness level.
TurboKick - A
pre-choreographed, fun, fast pace kickboxing class with easy to follow
kickboxing routines, and bouts of intense intervals.
Kickboxing -
Martial Arts meets group fitness in this athletic, power-packed workout. Various
punches and kicks are used at a heart pumping pace to give you an awesome
workout. Heavy bags are used during these classes.
Zumba
A cardio-based, dance fitness class that incorporates Latin and international
music and dance movements which creates a dynamic, party-like atmosphere!
Mind/Body Classes
Yoga -
Stretch and move your way to better health with body and mind connection in our
fitness Yoga class.
Pilates -
Stretches, strengthens,
tones, and aligns the body, without excess tension and strain on the joints.
PiYo
- Incorporates Pilates exercises to strengthen the core and yoga poses to
increase flexibility.
